I highly recommend this company! Our A/C unit about 2 weeks ago. We had the privilege of meeting Seth. The company came out the next morning after my call. Seth did his assessment and charged our unit. My unit was very old!!! and now has a leak. We had to purchase a new unit.
We then had the pleasure to meet Ron Cooper. He did an assessment also and yes our unit from 1994! finally needed replaced. Ron was so great! He walked us through the process and helped us get a 0 percent interest through Wells Fargo for financing.  He established a time for the new unit installation for one week. Our unit did not hold the charge. We called Ron and he had Seth come back out and charge it again without additional cost. Well, it is hot outside! The charge again lasted only a few days due to a bad leak. mWe called Ron and he immediately came to the rescue again. He brought us window units to hold us until we get our new unit Thursday. These men that we have had the pleasure of working with are professional, polite and competent!! Theses are qualities you don't see a lot anymore. The company responded 100 percent as their website says. I love the way that Ron has a passion for making sure his client is well taken care of. Seth and Ron explained everything in detail and were not just trying to sell me a unit. They both were so friendly. I will be getting a new unit Thursday and will review that process when it is done. Had backed up toilet on a Sunday that plunging did not help. Called for service and was told it might be awhile as the after hours tech was on another job. They were great at keeping me updated and the tech showed up within a couple of hours.
He assesed the situation, told me his plan of action, and gave me up front pricing based on the different things he might have to do.
He then started to work and kept me informed through the process. It ended up being a little more complicated than I hoped but I knew up front that was a possibility.
The tech (Jeremy) was polite efficient and when he was done, the room was as clean as when he showed up. He then made recommendations for preventing future problems and the bill was exactly what I expected.

Justin Shaw arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed my AC problem.  He quickly fixed the problem and made suggestions that would make my AC more efficient.  I expressed interest in talking to someone about a new unit.  He quickly set up a meeting with Taylor Mock.  Taylor arrived within one hour, assessed the current unit, and told me what needed to be done. I purchased a new unit the same day. David came out to inspect my AC unit which was not keeping up with the intense summer heat. Super cool guy, very professional and friendly.

I always use Jackson Services for all my A/C or plumbing needs.  They are extremely professional and always call when in route.  Their pricing is quite reasonable and their work is always excellent.
