• Two HVAC System Checks Per Year. We will conduct two system checks annually– one dedicated to evaluating your cooling system’s functionality and another to assess your heating system’s performance. These thorough inspections will help identify potential issues early on and optimize your HVAC system’s efficiency.
• One Plumbing Inspection Per Year. Our membership includes one comprehensive plumbing inspection per year. Our experienced technicians will examine your plumbing system, identifying any existing or potential issues to prevent property damage and lifestyle disruptions.
• One Service Charge Waived Annually. Jackson Membership Club members benefit from having one service charge waived within the annual duration of the membership. Whether you require HVAC or plumbing services, including after-hours or weekend assistance, this exclusive perk saves you money and provides additional convenience. Members do not pay a service charge within 30 days of an annual visit per trade. Members do pay a service charge outside of that timeframe.
• 15% Off All Repairs. As a member, you’ll receive a 15% discount on all standard repair services performed by our skilled technicians. Keep your systems operating smoothly and save on maintenance costs! Note: This discount does not apply to system replacements.
• No Additional Fees On Weekends or Holidays. We offer after-hours emergency plumbing and HVAC services exclusively to our members with no additional charges beyond the standard service fees. We are not able to guarantee same day service in all cases.
• $500 Off Complete HVAC System Install. Members will receive an exclusive $500 discount on any complete HVAC system replacement. Upgrade your system with confidence, knowing that you are saving money through our membership benefits.
• 35 Point HVAC System Inspection With Health Report Card. Using advanced digital diagnostic equipment, we’ll conduct a comprehensive 35-point inspection of your HVAC system. This in-depth assessment for members generates a detailed health report card, offering valuable insights into your system’s performance and efficiency.
• Exterior Coil Cleaning. During the fall season visit, our technicians will remove debris from your outdoor unit and clean the condenser coils using eco-safe solutions. This essential service enhances airflow and maximizes the efficiency of your HVAC system.
• Filter Replacement At Time of System Check. Members will receive standard filter replacements during scheduled system checks at no additional charge. Media, dehumidifier, or specialty filters will be replaced during the service as specified in our add-on pricing guide. This ensures optimal air quality and system performance.
• HVAC Drain Pipe Flush. We’ll flush your air conditioning condensation drain with a cleaning solution to prevent clogs and blockages. This maintenance step ensures the proper functioning of your HVAC system and prevents potential issues.
All Jackson Membership Club payments made within the calendar year of your membership will be applied to the cost of major repairs. If annual payments are made, the monthly rate will be prorated for the discount amount.
Major repairs include replacements of compressors, condenser coils, evaporator coils, water heaters, and complete HVAC systems, providing you with added financial protection and peace of mind.
• Box of Filters ($5/month). Keep your HVAC system operating at its best with ease! Receive a box of standard pleated filters during your fall system check, ensuring clean air circulation and a healthier indoor environment for you and your family.
• Media Filters ($5/month). Enhance your system’s air filtration capabilities with upgraded media filters. We supply and install these filters to reduce allergens and enhance the quality of the air you breathe.
• Dehumidifier Filters ($5/month). If you have dehumidifiers in your home, this add-on is essential. Regularly replacing dehumidifier filters ensures optimal performance and helps maintain the desired humidity levels in your living space, promoting comfort and preventing moisture-related issues.
• Water Heater Flush ($7/month). Boost the energy efficiency of your water heater with regular flushing! This add-on provides a professional flush to remove debris and buildup from the tank, enhancing your water heater’s performance and extending its lifespan.
• Tankless Water Heater Service ($8/month). Our technicians will clean and service the components of your tankless water heater, ensuring it operates at peak efficiency.
