Company Updates Regarding COVID-19

We’re still open and ready to serve you! As we all navigate the ever-changing circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we want our customers to know that we are here to help in any way that we can. Jackson Services is maintaining business as usual, and we are here to serve you for all of your heating and air and plumbing needs. We will use this page to keep our customers informed of any company updates made during this time. 

We want to be overly cautious when assigning our technicians to jobs. We hope our customers understand and respect our new temporary policy to politely decline service at a home where an individual has reportedly been in quarantine or presumably come into contact with the virus.

In addition to the changes mentioned above, we have taken additional precautions to increase protection and safety in the field, including:

  • Wearing shoe covers if entering the home
  • Using face covers as available
  • Maintaining 6 feet of distance at all times
  • Washing and sanitizing hands before and after every job
